From 12 – 17 December 2020:
The restrictions on free movement are lifted, so that it is now possible to drive from one municipality to another, as long as you do not leave the province where you live. Shops etc., which used to close at 18.00, must now stay open until 21.00. There will be a curfew from 22.00 to 07.00. The assembly ban will be for a maximum of six people. Restaurants, bars etc. must stay open until 18.00
From 18 December 2020 – 10 January 2021:
It is still permitted to leave the municipality where you reside. In addition, it is allowed to travel between the provinces within the same region. So for example someone from Malaga province can go to Granada province Shops etc., which used to close at 18.00, must now stay open according to the original opening hours (as before the restrictions came into force). There will be a curfew from 23.00 to 06.00. The assembly ban will be for a maximum of six people. Restaurants, bars etc. must stay open until 18:00 and again from kl. 20.00 to 22.30.
Special rules for Christmas:
You are allowed to travel in and out of Andalusia to visit family from December 23, 2020 to January 6, 2021. On 24 December and 31 December, there will be a curfew from kl. 01.30 to 06.00. On 24 and 25 December, as well as on 31 December and 1 January, the assembly ban is set at a maximum of 10 people from a maximum of two households (family only). From 22 December 2020 to 7 January 2021, persons in nursing homes or the like must visit family if the person in question has not had symptoms of Covid-19 fourteen days before the visit. Max. 72 hours before, a negative Coronate test or a positive antibody test must be available. The person must stay in the same place for min. five days.
